- 📖 Overnight borrowing: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- ⏳ Return before 9:00 AM next day
- 💰 Fine: ₱20.00/day (fraction counts as full day)
- 🔁 Lost books: replacement or fee + ₱50 processing
- 📄 Single copies / reference / periodicals: library use only
- 📕 Thesis & dissertations: library use only
